Plymouth Sloe Gin
ORIGINAL STRENGTH | 26%
Only the Devonshire hedgerows know the true origins of Plymouth Sloe Gin, a quintessentially English drink. Sometimes it’s best to let legends lie and just go with the flow. Sloe berries grow all over Europe, of course, but there’s something in the Devonshire hedgerows that sets the Plymouth variety apart. Whatever it is, it’s been working for two centuries and counting.

THE DARTMOOR MARTINI

Not as sweet as you may think, this recipe was inspired by Martini style drinks that pre-date the evolution of the Dry style Martini. The dry, nutty, finish of the sherry combined with the sharpness and tannins of the sloe gin give this drink a dry finish after a rich, luxuriant and fruity flavor and mouthfeel.
