A simple twist on the classic Gin Buck for lovers of a Spritz, with a nod to the original ‘Pink Gin’ cocktail made famous by British Royal Naval Sailors.

MAKE ONE

Fill Highball Glass with Ice

Add 50ml Plymouth Gin, 50ml of Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice

Pour 150ml Ginger Ale

Mix it together

Add 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters on the top

Finish with 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters on top. Grapefruit twist.
