  • Step 1

    Freeze your Martini Glass

  • Step 2

    Fill mixing glass with ice

  • Step 3

    Add 45ml of Plymouth Original Gin,15ml of Sauternes Sweet Wine & 7.5ml of Dolin Dry Vermouth

  • Step 4

    Stir well until chilled

  • Step 5

    Strain into chilled Martini Glass

    Bottle rest with 22.5ml of water

    Whipped mascarpone cream, with cookie crumb and orange twist or a small slice of citrus cheesecake
