A Californian inspired smoky martini. A fifty-fifty recipe using this nutty, dried fruit, sherry based sweet vermouth, then given a hint of smoke by way of a splash of mezcal. This combination is lifted with a double citrus twist then finished with a sliced dried apricot that imparts a hint of fruit into the drink and is even more delicious to eat at the end once it has sat and soaked into the drink.

Plymouth Gin Original Bottle
  • Step 1

    Freeze your Tumbler Glass

  • Step 2

    Fill Mixing Glass with Ice

  • Step 3

    Pour 35ml of Plymouth Original Gin & add 35ml of Lustau Vermut Rojo & 5ml of Del Maguey Vida Mezcal​

  • Step 4

    Stir well until chilled

  • Step 5

    Strain into ice-filled Tumbler Glass

  • Garnish

    Discarded Lemon & Orange Peels and Dried Apricot
