The Refectory Bar (2004-Present day). Inspired by recipes of the Savoy Cocktail Book this recipe has been the house Martini of the bar since it was launched back in 2004. Designed to be a Martini with broad appeal; approachable and enticing to the uninitiated whilst still being ‘serious’ enough for the seasoned Martini fan.

MAKE ONE

Step 1
Freeze your Martini Glass

Step 2
Fill mixing glass with ice

Step 3
Add 50ml of Plymouth Original Gin, 10ml of Lillet Blanc, 5ml Crème D’Abricot, 2.5ml Limoncello

Stir well until chilled

Strain into your chilled glass
